With over 28 years of experience servicing Ventura County and Northern Los Angeles, California, Waterline can provide a number of service options to help make your yard the talk of the neighborhood. Their highly trained and personal staff provides everything from weekly service, to complete remodels. Waterline is completely licensed and certified for service, repairs, and construction.

With a background in residential construction, Joe always wanted to have a career that involved building and problem solving. He once owned a residential framing construction business constructing large scale homes. This came to a close upon a serious injury and he moved his passion to swimming pools. He first began servicing swimming pools in hopes to one day remodel them as well. With the help of his buisness partner, Fran Cavasino, and a supportive family, Joe now remodels pools, services pools, repairs pools and operates Waterline Pool Services Inc.
Joe is one of the few licensed contractors that will be at the job, not only to direct the flow of the project, but will also get his hands dirty and literally work with the crew to get the job done to your satisfaction.
Fran is a self made entrepreneur that has come a long way in the past 27 years. Between her busy lifestyle of raising four beautiful children, and running her husbands pool business, Fran never seems to crack under the pressure. Her friendly customer service expertise is something she prides herself on, and carries over to Waterline with every phone call that comes in. You might even catch her out on the field as well.
When you call the office, Fran can answer most of your pool and spa questions, and can schedule a variety of appointments directly with Joe that best suits your calendar arrangements.
